The Committee
The IRHRG is run by a small organising committee. Its officers include Dr.Jeremy Burchardt, of the University of Reading, Dr. Paul Brassley, University of Plymouth, Dr. Keith Grieves, University of Kingston, Dr. Clare Griffiths, University of Sheffield, Professor Mick Wallis, University of Leeds, Dr. Anne Meredith, Dr. Caitlin Adams, Professor Keith Snell, University of Leicester and Lynne Thompson (University of Exeter).
The IRHRG has a membership of over a hundred academics and researchers.
How can I join the IRGHG and what does it entail?
Since the group is informal, it is open to any researcher interested in the interwar period, and relies on the internet for communication. There is no subscription levied. Contact the Secretary at enquiries@irhrg.org.uk with details of your research interests and email address. You will then be connected to the IRHRG databasemailing list (via JISCMAIL) which circulates details of regional seminars and provides brief outlines of their proceedings. If you are a post graduate student and wish to offer a paper, travel fees within reason will be paid.
